Modes & progressive unlock
ZVBible uses four Christian roadmap modes. Home and the hamburger menu show only the tools for the current mode.

Prefer toolsForChristianMode() over hard-coded route lists when filtering the hub.
Encounter The Word unlocks
In New mode, full gospel chapter browsing in Read unlocks as you complete chapters in Encounter The Word (lib/encounter-jesus-unlocks.ts).
Beyond tool layout (visibility + order)
In Beyond, Settings → Tool layout can:
- Hide individual hub tools (except Settings and Globe, which stay available)
- Reorder hub tools on Home and in the menu (up/down; Settings stays last)
Prefs: zvbible_beyond_disabled_tools (hide list) and zvbible_hub_tool_order (ordered href[]). Implemented in lib/beyond-tool-preferences.ts and applied by toolsForChristianMode() after mode filter + hide list.
Default catalog order places Notes immediately after Cross reference, and colocates Fellowship → Cultures → Globe.
